Built on one rule: prove it or do not say it.
The retail trading industry runs on borrowed Lamborghinis and deleted losing trades. Tradvero exists because we think the opposite approach wins over time: publish everything, promise nothing, and be paid in a way that rewards keeping traders alive rather than churning them.

Paddy found trading through crypto, followed it into forex, and has spent more than four years trading CFDs. He started as a swing trader working forex pairs off support and resistance, and today trades gold (XAU/USD) almost exclusively, using a liquidity and inducement model built around where the market hunts stops before it moves. He has mentored students for several years and teaches the Foundations and Risk Management semesters, the two that decide whether a trader survives long enough to get good. Before trading, Paddy ran teams in the electrical industry, and he brought that habit of clear process and accountability into building trading businesses and their marketing. What he cares about most is the part most courses skip: helping people master their own mind and discipline, because the chart is rarely the problem.
Kai came to trading in 2022 through a fascination with the financial markets and how they actually work, and has been at the charts every day since. He trades gold (XAU/USD) intraday under a strict rules-based system he built himself: defined setups, fixed risk, and a written review of every session. That process has carried him through prop firm evaluations and on to funded accounts, a result only a small minority of challenge traders reach, and it is exactly what he teaches in the Technical Analysis and Mindset semesters of the University of the 1%. What Kai brings to Tradvero is the rare combination of trader, teacher and builder. Before Tradvero he built his own education platform and grew a trading university to more than 1,000 members, mentoring traders one to one for two years and sitting inside their charts, their rules and their worst habits. Few people have watched so many traders up close, and his conclusion shapes how the University is built: it is not a secret strategy. It is discipline, honest record keeping, and learning from a losing trade instead of repeating it. That same conviction is behind the trading software company he founded, and it is why every trade at Tradvero sits on a public record. In 2022 he also founded Arctic Media, a marketing agency whose campaigns have reached millions, so he knows how to explain a difficult subject clearly and keep people engaged long enough to learn it. At Tradvero he leads education and brand, and his outlook for members is simple: nobody is promised a result. What they are promised is a curriculum that starts from zero, a method that is written down and tested, a desk that shows its losses, and a community that holds them to their own rules. His measure of success is a member who is still trading, and still disciplined, in five years, not one who paid for a course. He studied marketing management in Canada on a full football scholarship, has travelled to 34 countries, and has not missed a Liverpool match in years.

Leonardo is the trader behind the record and runs the Tradvero desk. A recipient of the Olimpiadi di Matematica Archimede award in logic and problem solving, he brings analytical precision and disciplined strategy to the markets. He began in cryptocurrency before moving to FX, where he developed a proprietary scalping methodology known for its consistency and refined risk management: the same method behind every trade on the Tradvero record, including any losses. Mentored by leading Wall Street traders, with ten years of hedge fund management and trading experience, he co-leads a hedge fund alongside his role as Director of Trading here. Born and raised in Italy and shaped by more than a decade in the UK, he combines technical expertise with a value-driven approach centred on integrity, patience and sustainable growth.
